The launcher's downloads changed a lot today. The AppImage is now built for older distributions, and the deb and rpm no longer need a umu-launcher package from your distribution: when none is installed, the launcher downloads umu's official release by itself. We have only tested start-up on Ubuntu 22.04 and the full flow on CachyOS, so we need your help.
If you try BlizzNux Launcher v0.2.9 or newer, please reply with:
- Your distribution and version (for example Ubuntu 24.04, Fedora 44, Debian 13, Mint 22, Bazzite).
- Which download you used: AppImage, deb or rpm.
- Whether the launcher starts.
- Whether "Install Battle.net" gets you to the Battle.net login screen.
- If something fails: what you saw. For the AppImage, start it from a terminal and paste the last lines it prints.
Arch and CachyOS users are welcome to report too.
